Assistant Director (Agriculture): A degree or its equivalent in any subject. Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali). Knowledge of Bengali is to be test for candidates whose mother tongue is other than Bengali/Nepali at the time of Personality Test.
Age Limit: Age limit for general candidates is min 20 whereas max 39 years. However, relaxation in upper age is admissible up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
