NABARD Development Assistant Eligibility Criteria
Development Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass only for SC / ST / PWBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates) in aggregate or possess equivalent qualification.
Development Assistant (Hindi): Graduate Degree in English / Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject; OR Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (pass only for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates) in the aggregate. Able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.

The selection process of NABARD Development Assistant Recruitment 2022 consists of following stages.
- Preliminary examination (Objective test)
- Main examination (Objective + Descriptive test)
- Language test (Qualifying in nature)
NABARD Development Assistant Syllabus
Preliminary and Main online tests except language test, is available bilingually, i.e. in English and Hindi. Preliminary Exam is only qualifying in nature and serve as a screening test. Only the candidates who score sufficiently high in both, individual tests & in aggregate, may appear Main Examination. Ratio of shortlisting is 1:25 based on the cutoff marks on performance of the candidates in preliminary examination. There is negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests in both the phases. 1/4th mark is to be deduct as penalty for each wrong answer. Syllabus of NABARD Development Assistant Exam is based on test of Reasoning, General Knowledge, Language test, Quantitative aptitude, Numerical ability and Computer knowledge.
