Education Standard: 10+2+3 or Graduates candidates, localities, open to frontline sales.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of work experience in sales. Candidate should genuinely be willing to do sales.
Salary: Rs.2,00,000 – 3,50,000 P.A
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House Wife, 1. Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, Unemployed etc).
2. Manage team performance and productivity. Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
3. Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
4. Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
5. Involves attending sales calls (outside the office),
6. Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors” performance.
