Education Standard: MBA/PGDM in any specialization with LLM/LLB. Knowledge of TELUGU language is mandatory.
Experience: Experience of 12+ years in the HR function of an engineering industry (preferably mass production). Preference will be given to the candidates having internal auditor’s course (QMS/EMS/OHSMS/Lead auditor’s course from a reputed training organization.Training in industrial laws.
Age: Upper age should not be more than 40 years.
Salary: Rs.25,00,000 – 30,00,000 P.A
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for basic HR functions like recruitment ,appraisal,retention,retirement ,training programs of all employees and all applicable industrial legal requirements of the organization.
2. Liaison with all concerned Govt. and other bodies.
3. Must have experience managing works Committees,safety committees and all other statutory committees.
