JSSC Constable Selection Procedure
Selection will be done on the basis of marks obtained in written test (MCQ type), Physical efficiency test and Medical fitness examination. Candidates will be shortlisted for Physical test on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Test. 3X candidates will be shortlisted to appear in physical test. Physical test is qualifying in nature. Merit list will be prepared by counting the marks obtained by candidates in Paper-1 of written test.

JSSC Special Branch Constable Exam Pattern
The written examination will consist of Two papers only containing Multiple choice objective type questions. Paper-1 will be of 3 hours and Paper-2 is 60 minutes in duration. Two marks will be given for every right answer in Paper-1. Every question will be of 1 mark in Paper-2. There will be negative marking of 0.66 marks in both papers. JSSC Special Constable Syllabus 2019
Questions will be set to assess the general knowledge of candidates regarding Math, Science, knowledge of Hindi/English/Regional language. Syllabus of examination will be equivalent to 12th standard of Bihar Education Board. Syllabus of Math & Science will be equivalent to 8th standard class.
JSSC Result 2018
Merit list will be prepared after conducting the medical fitness test. Only the qualified candidates will be recommended for appointment after declaring the JSSC Constable Result. Names of recommended candidates for appointment will be published provisionally subject to the verification of original certificates etc. Result and merit list will be published and can be accessed from the above link.
