Age Limit: Age limit for general candidates is min 18 whereas max 23 years. However, relaxation in upper age is admissible up to 2 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Himachal Jail Warden Syllabus
The candidates, who qualify Physical Efficiency Test, have to appear for Written Examination. Written exam is of 100 marks having objective type questions, and include the following five sub groups carrying equal marks:- i) English Language, ii) Hindi Language, iii) General Awareness, iv) Math & Science, v) Reasoning Aptitude. The syllabus for written examination is of 10+2 standard except Mathematics for which syllabus shall be of Matriculation standard.
