Experience: 08 to 10 years experience. Must have minimum hands-on work experience of 8 years in a manufacturing set up, preferably with multinational companies.
Other Requirements: Handling foreign payments including filing 15CA and CB with Income tax for every payment. Should have been exposed to IGAAP and USGAAP Standards and Consolidation. Exposure to SOX compliance. Should be thorough in the areas of statutory remittances, month end consolidation, reporting and preparation of B/S etc. Must be details orientated. Should have been exposed to handling banking transactions independently or with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities: To ensure that all accounting jobs are performed timely and accurately in line with prescribed standards (IGAAP and USGAAP). To ensure that business is complied with all applicable legislative provisions in India timely, in addition to internal provisions that are needed to be complied with from the perspective of Finance & Accounting. Ensuring Internal controls for India location which includes blackline reconciliation, SOX reviews, Petty Cash, Accounts Payable and other such relevant work.
