Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 18 – 42 years as on 05.06.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay Rs.7,600/-
Qualification: M.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering/ M.Sc. in Bio-chemistry with Ph.D in the area of alcohol production or M.Sc. degree in Bio-chemistry with DIFAT and with 20-25 years of experience of distillery industry or research institute of repute.
Other Requirements: The candidate should have knowledge of working of brewery and winery industry. Knowledge of advanced equipments and analytical instruments used for research and for analysis of spirits, liquors and raw material analysis will be an advantage. Knowledge of preparation of DPR, Tender documents, valuation reports, etc. is also desirable.
