Educational Qualification: B.Sc degree and at least 1-year Diploma in Hygiene / Sanitation / Sanitary Inspector / Health Sanitary Inspector.
Age Limit: Age limit for general candidates is min 21 whereas max 42 years. However, relaxation in upper age is admissible up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Written exam has two papers consisting of objective type multiple choice questions. Each right question has 1 mark. On the other hand there is negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
