Job Profile: The Consultant (Legal) has to prepare briefs / replies and counter replies in response to petitions and to defend the Court’s cases in the courts and attend arbitration matters on behalf of this office, execution cases, service matters and to tender advice in all administrative / establishment matters apart from vetting all legal documents / MOUs / Agreements etc.
Qualification: Candidates should be a Law Graduate (i.e. LLB or equivalent – professional).
Experience: Candidates must be enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council and have minimum 10 years’ work experience as on May 2017 post enrollment in the field of Constitutional Law, C.P.C., Cr. P.C., Service matters / Arbitration Act / Evidence Act / Contract Act / Limitation Act/ Negotiable Instrument Act etc.
Age Limit: Candidates should have age Not exceeding than 60 years as on 31.05.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Pay Scale: Rs.45000/-per month (consolidated).
