Selection Procedure for posts of Specialist Officer in Syndicate Bank
selection process for all Grades will comprise of preliminary screening based on the eligibility criteria, candidate’s qualifications, suitability/experience etc. A written exam may also be conducted if the applications are received in sufficient high number. One the candidates who qualify the written test will be called to appear in Group Discussion (GD) and/ or Personnel Interview (PI). Selection will be done on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in Written Test and PI, on clearing the GD, if conducted. Clearing medical fitness test is mandatory.
