A. Professor/Chief Scientist
Salary: Rs.37,400-67,000 with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/-
Qualification: Doctorate degree in the subject concerned.
Experience: 10 years’ experience in the relevant subject.
Desirable: Ability to provide leadership in the subject/discipline. Administrative experience in a teaching/research Institution.
B. Associate Professor/Sr.Scientist
Salary: Rs.37400-67000 with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.9000/-
Qualification: Doctorate degree in the subject concerned.
Experience: Eight (08) years’ experience in the relevant subject as Scientist/Teacher or equivalent
Desirable: Research Experience as evidenced by publications.
C. Assistant Professor/ Junior Scientist
Salary: Rs.15,600-39,100 with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.6,000/-
Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent grade or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject. Ph. D degree (with course work) in concerned subject as prescribed by the UGC.
D. Subject Matter Specialist
Salary: Rs.15,600-39,100 with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.6,000/-
Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent grade in OGPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject. Ph. D degree (with course work) in concerned subject as prescribed by the UGC(MSP) OR Master’s degree or equivalent grade in OGPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject.
Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 20 – 55 years as on 01.01.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
