SCTIMST Vacancy Details:
- Project Scientist – 01 post
Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 18 – 35 years as on 30.04.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,500/- with 20% HRA (Consolidated) with yearly addition of Rs.400/-, if the post is extended.
Qualification: Master degree of Science Neuroscience/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Zoology with 60% Marks.
Desirable: Good Knowledge in Neuroscience is required. Skills in handling and dissecting rodents for electrophysiology experiments is desirably to have.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend the walk-in interview bringing with their all documents in original as well as photocopies. Interview will conducted as per schedule given below at SCTIMST, Thiruvananthapuram.
Selection Procedure: Depending on the number of applications received, a written exam will be conducted. Written exam will of qualifying in nature. This will be conducted for initial screening only. Qualified candidates of written test will further be called for the interview. However, the marks obtained in the written test, if conducted, will not be counted for final ranking.
