Name of project: ENVIS project Sikkim on Eco – tourism.
Qualification: Graduate degree in Computer application or B.Tech in information Technology with knowledge of website development, designing, internet.
Salary: Rs.20,000/- PM (Consolidated)
Name of Post: Junior Research Fellow
Name of project: Development of drier for Cardamom, ginger, mushroom, and other herbs and vegetable energized by Nano – hydel power generator by local water streams.
Qualification: B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
Salary: Rs. 16,000/ – + 20% HRA M.Tech with NET Qualification.
Rs. 25,000/- PM + 20% HRA
Name of Post: Junior Research Fellow
Name of project: Coordinated Horticulture Assessment and Management using Geoinformatics (CHAMAN)
Qualification: M.Sc. degree in Environmental Science/ Geography/ Geology/ Botany. Knowledge on Remote Sensing and GIS software. Diploma in computer application from the funding agencies.
Salary: Rs. 16,000/ – PM +15% HRA

Name of project: Long Term Monitoring on Glacier Dynamics of East Rathong Glacier – Sikkim.
Qualification: MA/M.Sc degree in Physics/Geology/Geogra-phy/Botany/Ecology/ Environmental Science. Diploma in computer application.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/- PM + 15% HRA for NET qualified Or Rs. 16,000/- PM + 15% HRA

Qualification: MA/M.Sc degree with Physics/ Geology/ Geography/ Botany/ Ecology/ Environmental Science. Diploma in computer application.

Qualification: PhD in Botany preferably in Medicinal Plant Agrotechnology.
Salary: Rs. 36,000/- PM + 10% HRA.
Name of Post: Technical Assistant
Qualification: M.Sc. degree in Bioinformatics.
Salary: Rs.15,000/- PM (Consolidated)
Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 18 – 25 years as on 01.05.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted/selected on the basis of their performance in written examination and/or interview. The written test will be based on General Knowledge, English and respective subjects.
