Age Limit: 19 years (minimum) to 24 years (maximum) for Category-I And 18 years (minimum) to 22 years (maximum) for Category-II. Age will be calculated as on 31.05.2017
Stipend:
For Category I : Rs. 9,300/- per month for 1st year and Rs. 10,500/- per month for 2nd year
For Category II : Rs. 6,200/- per month for 1st year and Rs. 7,200-/ per month for 2nd year
Qualification:
Cat.I Physics : B.Sc. degree in Physics as principal and Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Statistics / Electronics / Computer Science as subsidiary subjects.
Cat.I Mechanical : Diploma or Licentiate in Mechanical Engineering.
Cat.I Electrical : Diploma or Licentiate in Electrical Engineering.
Cat.I Electronics and Instrumentation : Diploma or Licentiate in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
Cat.II Electronics/Fitter/Machinist/Welder/Turner : SSC standard pass with Science and Math and trade certificate in concern stream.
Cat.II Laboratory : HSC (10+2) standard pass in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Math OR SSC (10th) standard pass with Science and Math and trade certificate in Laboratory Assistant.
Selection Process: The selection process will consist of test in 3 stages. (Stage 1 & 2 – Written Test and Stage 3 – Trade/Skill Test). There will be negative marking for the written examination for incorrect answers.
