NISH Vacancy Details:
- Staff for ASLP/Neurodevelopment Sciences Department – 01 post
- Project Staff – Psychologist or Social Worker – 01 post
- Sign language Interpreter/Instructor – 01 post
Age Limit:Candidates age should be not more than 35 years.
A. Staff for ASLP/Neurodevelopment Sciences Department
Qualification: Candidates should have qualification of either BASLP/MASLP with experience in the field of interventions in Autism Spectrum Disorders would be preferred.
B. Project Staff – Psychologist or Social Worker
Qualification – M. Phil in Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology.
Experience: Two years’ experience, especially in the field of disability and rehabilitation desirable.
Desirable: Preference will be given to those who have worked with deaf or hearing impaired, Autism Spectrum Disorders Patients.
C. Sign language Interpreter/Instructor
Qualification: Candidates with A, B & C level certificate in Indian Sign Language.
Desirable: Preference will be given to those who have good experience in Sign Language Teaching. Candidates should be fluent in interpreting (to ISL and reverse) in English & Malayalam. Candidates with a degree or higher qualification will be preferred.
