Height is relaxable by 2 cms for candidates falling in the categories of Gorkhas, Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the States of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunanchal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir region of UT Jammu & Kashmir and UT of Ladakh. CAPF Medical Officer Interview

The interview carry 200 marks and to be conduct to test the General knowledge and ability of the candidates in the field of their academic study. Interview also to assess the nature of personality, intellectual curiosity, and balance of judgment and alertness of mind, ability for social cohesion, integrity of character, initiative and capability for leadership of the candidates. Minimum Standard for the purpose of selection at the level of Interview is 40% of the total marks prescribed for interview (i.e. 40% of 200 = 80).
