Job Profile: General administration of the project, management of office activities at IITB, management of documents and correspondences. Managing recruitment and hiring of employees. Developing a performance based appraisal System, coordinating employee benefits. Developing HR Policies; addressing employee grievances Maintaining system for leave recording, general reporting, and general database of each employee.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary Rs.50000 – 70000 /- per month.
Qualification: Master degree of Business Administration with specialization in HR.
Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in managing projects, team leading handling HR and general administration.
