A. Superintending Engineer
Qualifications: Degree or equivalent grade in Engineering/ relevant field. 15 years experience in relevant field as Engineer higher level.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer–aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology/other relevant software or Proven track record of handling construction projects / consultancy in organizations of repute or Experience of working with high tension lines, electrical maintenance planning and execution of electrical works or civil engineering, Designing and estimation, construction management etc.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400–67000 with Grade Pay Rs. 8700/- per month
Age: 50 years as on 07.07.2017
B. Deputy Librarian
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation. 10 years experience as an Assistant Librarian.
Desirable: M.Phil/ Ph.D Degree in Library Science/ Information Science / Documentation / Archives and manuscript-keeping / computerization of library. 5 years working experience.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600–39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 8000/- per month

C. Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts)
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce /Finance. 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts as Assistant.
Desirable: Preference will be given to applicants qualified CA/ICWA along with good academic record. Have sound knowledge of the Central Government Rules related to Finance and Accounts including preparation of Statement of Accounts, Budget Estimates, FR & SR, GFR and Audit of Accounts. Working experience in computerized accounting system and accounting software.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.7600/- Per month.
Age: 45 years as on 07.07.2017
D. Executive Engineer (Electrical)
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- per month
Qualifications: Degree or equivalent grade in Engineering (Electrical). 5 years’ experience in relevant field as Engineer / Asst. Engineer
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer aided Design (CAD) and latest management Technology/other relevant software or Proven track record of handling projects/ works in reputed institute or organizations of relevant magnitude and qualities. or Experience of working with high tension lines, electrical maintenance planning and execution of electrical works or civil engineering, Designing and estimation, construction management etc. as relevant to the profession.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- per month
Age: 35 years as on 07.07.2017
E. Private Secretary
Qualifications: Graduate degree with minimum 55% from a recognized Board or University. Minimum English short hand speed of minimum 100 wpm in Stenography. Typing speed of 40 wpm in English. Proficient with all MS-Office applications.
Desirable: Candidate Knowledge of typing in Hindi.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- per month
Age: 35 years as on 07.07.2017
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted/selected on the basis of their performance in written examination and/or interview.
