Job Profile: The Manager will oversee the R&P Office, supervise the staff and assist faculty members in developing research proposals and submitting them to funding organizations, which include the government, corporate and foundations. He will set departmental and individual employee goals and provide routine evaluations of progress toward these goals to the Chairperson-R&P and also help the Chairperson-R&P develop and oversee budgets and policies and procedures for the R&P office.
Qualification: Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: Ten years’ experience in an educational/ research/ non-profit research institution preferably in research and publications, including at least one year in a supervisory role. Administrative experience in project management, implementation, and evaluation, and in-depth understanding of organizational processes and systems is also required.
