Job Description: To perform, supervise, and coordinate professional HVAC and water supply works in the field and office, and to perform related works as Operating, Repair and maintenance of window/ split/ ductable split/ VRV/ package/ central plant air condition plant, water cooler, air cooler fridge, deep fridge etc. Responsible for managing minor and major works/ projects, and for supervising subordinate engineering staff performing several projects. Maintenance of Pumps, Bore wells, water tanks, water supply network, Air conditioning plants, solar water heating systems, RO plants, Individual AC and other mechanical equipment in the campus etc.
Age Limit: General candidates should have age not exceeding than 40 years as on the last date of application. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Pay Scale: Candidate should be serving in the 6th CPC – GP 4200/- or above OR drawing equivalent pay in private sector (Approx. Rs.35,000/- per month)
Qualification: The candidate should possess Diploma in Mechanical Engineering plus Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Degree in Mechanical Engineering. About seven (07) years of experience in field of Mechanical Engineering. Supervisory experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the campus/ township mechanical field related development & maintenance is highly desirable.
