- Stenographer-I/PS – 10 Posts

A. Stenographer-I/PS
Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline with Diploma in Stenography in English. Speed of 120 word per minute in short hand and typing speed of 50 word per minute on computer.
Pay Scale: Rs. 1200-40000/- with Grade pay Rs. 5900/-
B. Stenographer-II
Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline. Diploma in Stenography. A speed of 100 word per minute in short hand in English. Typing speed of 40 word per minute in English on computer.
Pay Scale: Rs. 8000-35000/- with Grade pay Rs. 4300/-
Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 18 – 38 years as on 01.05.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Selection Process: Selection process will comprise of Primarily Exam, Main Written Examination and Oral Test (Interview). Preliminary test will comprise of a MCQ based written test, Computer Typing Test and Stenography Test. Weight-age of preliminary written test will be of 50 marks. Main Written Examination will be of maximum 75 marks. Only the candidates who will qualify in the preliminary test shall be admitted to Main Written Exam. Oral Test will be of 25 marks.
Application Fee: Fee is to be paid using a fee challan. Fee for the various categories is shown below;
A. Stenographer-I/PS – Rs. 1000/- for UR/OBC Candidate and Rs. 800/- SC/ ST Candidate.
B. Stenographer-II – Rs. 900/- for UR/OBC Candidate and Rs. 700/- for SC/ ST Candidate.
