Job Description: – Implementation anf framing of various HR / IR policies. Maintaining of cordial Industrial Relations, dealing with recognized Unions / Associations, handling of service matters before Conciliation, Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal, Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat. Employee Welfare activities.
Age Limit: 35 years for General & 40 years for SEBC category. Relaxation of 5 years in upper age will be admissible to Woman candidate.
Pay Scale: Rs. 17300 – 38610/- plus all other benefits to a regular employee of GUVNL.
Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in relevant discipline.
Desired Experience: Candidates should possess minimum two years of working experience of HR functions in a company.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted/selected on the basis of their performance Online examination and/or interview.
