Experience: 05 to 10 years experience. Should have and be able to use professional / industry contacts. Ideally, exposure of working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing Clients. Familiarity with Generating and Responding to RFIs and RFPs. Hands-on experience in the entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure.

Other Requirements: A well mannered, structured networker who understands the importance of client satisfaction, managing expectations, managing delivery issues, expectations and reporting on MIS for the client are essential traits. Should be a hands on business person who understands essentials of customer management. Hard work and ability to be on the road every day in a 24×7 work environment are an important requirement of this role. Ability to handle issues like creating statement of work & other agreements , invoice payments is essential.

Responsibilities: Responsible for hunting new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues for selling Finance and Accounting (FNA) services in Mumbai Region. Lead from front on strategic sales and marketing planning and trade planning by analyzing business, service, competitors and market situations. Formulate & implement short & long term Sales & Marketing strategies for Datamatics Financial Services. Attend business meetings regularly to understand clients requirement & provide best solutions. Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal. Interact and maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up selling activities.
