A. Junior Research Fellow/ Junior Project Fellow (JRF/JPF) for NMSHE
Qualification: Masters degree in Forestry/ Ecology/ Environmental Sciences/ Botany/ Life Sciences/ Geography/ Traditional Knowledge, etc.
Desirable: Physically fit to work in the Himalayan Region; should have working experiences in traditional knowledge systems in the HR.
B. Junior Research Fellow/ Junior Project Fellow (JRF/JPF) for MoEF&CC
Qualification: First class Mater degree in Botany/Ecology/ Forestry/ Environmental Sciences/Life Sciences, etc.
Desirable: Extensive ecological work in the forest areas especially in the HR: Physically fit to work in the HR.
Age Limit: General candidates should have age not more than 28 years. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- per month +HRA (10%) for NET (JRF) qualified persons or Rs. 16,000/- per month +HRA (10%) for Non-NET (JPF) persons.
