A. Counselor
Qualification: Master Degree in Psychology/ Social Work/ Social Science. Knowledge in Computer Operation and counselling experience at least 2 years in the field of Child Welfare
Age: 24 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.17,500/- per month.
B. Store Keeper cum Accountant
Qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce/ Accountancy(Hons.). Knowledge of Computer operation and 3 years experience in relevant field.
Age: 21 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000/- per month.
C. Child Welfare Officer-Case Worker
Qualification: Graduate with Psychology/ Social Work/ Social Science. Knowledge in Computer Operation and Child Psychology experience at least 3 years in the field of Child Welfare/ Child Dev./ Child Counselling.
Age: 21 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.17,500/- per month.
D. Cook
Qualification: 8th class pass. Experience in the relevant field.
Age: 18 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.7,500/- per month.
E. House Father
Qualification: 10th class pass. 3 years experience in Child Care in Child Care Programme/ Institutions.
Age: 21 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.11,000/- per month.
F. Helper
Qualification: Middle class pass. Experience in the relevant field.
Age: 18 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.6000/- per month.
G. House Mother
Qualification: Matriculation standard pass. 3 years experience in Child Care in Child Care Programme/ Institutions.
Age: 21 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.11,000/- per month.
H. House Keeper
Qualification: Qualification: Class-VIII passed. Experience in the relevant field.
Age: 18 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.6000/- per month.
I. Para Medical Staff (Nurse).
Qualification: High school standard pass. Diploma in Nursing/ Pharmacy At least 3 years experience in the relevant field.
Age: 21 to 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.9,000/- per month
