Qualification: Post Graduate degree (MD/DNB) or PG Diploma in concern specialty with 3 years experience.

Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 18 – 40 years as on 01.05.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.

Required Documents: Application, 02 passport size photos, 10th class Certificate. MBBS degree , Final Year mark sheet, Internship, MD/DNB/Diploma. Certificate, Residence Proof & MDC Certificate ( Self Attested). Experience if any.
