1. Executive (Logistics/ Operations /Marketing)
Qualification: MBA with specialization in Marketing/ Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ Logistics/Operations /Supply-Chain Management.
Experience: Two years Post Qualification Experience in relevant field.
2. Executive (Information Technology)
Qualification: B.E / B. Tech with specialization in (CSE/IT) / MCA/ MSc (IT).
Experience: Two years Post Qualification Experience in relevant field.
3. Executive (Finance& Accounts)
Qualification: Pass in CA/ICWA Examination OR MBA with specialization in Finance/ PGDM (Finance).
Experience: Two years Post Qualification Experience in relevant field.
4. Executive (Civil)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering Or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Two years Post Qualification Experience in relevant field (for Engineering Graduates) Or Four Years Post Qualification experience in relevant field (for Engineering Diploma Holders).
5. Executive (Electrical)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering Or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Two years Post Qualification Experience in relevant field (for Engineering Graduates) Or Four Years Post Qualification experience in relevant field (for Engineering Diploma Holders).
6. Executive (HR)
Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management or PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR / PM&IR.
Experience: Two years Post Qualification Experience in relevant field.
Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 18 – 35 years as on 01.05.2017. Relaxations or reservation shall be given as per existing rules and regulations.
Salary Scale: IDA Scale of Rs. 12600-32500 with other usual allowances.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted/selected on the basis of their performance in written test and interview. Written test will be conducted Online.The candidates who qualify in the online test with high merit list will be called for interview.The test will be of objective type in nature. Following topics will be included to test the various abilities of candidates.
