Canara Bank Recruitment 2018 – 450 Posts Of Probationary Officer (PO), Advt.No.: CB / RP / 2 / 2017
Canara Bank is inviting applications from the eligible candidates to apply for admissions to the specially designed One year training course leading to Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF). The Bank is to fill up Four Hundred Fifty posts of Probationary Officers after completing the PGDBF programme. Canara Bank Vacancy Details:

• Probationary Officer — 450 posts

Pay Scale: Rs.23700 – 42020/-

Qualification: Graduate degree in any stream from a recognised university.

Age Limit: minimum 20 years to maximum 30 years; i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1988 and not later than 01.01.1998 (both days inclusive). Relaxations or reservation will be admissible as per rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected for admission to the course through selection process consisting of online objective test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. On successful completion of the course, candidates will be awarded with “Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF)” and the candidates would be offered appointment in the Bank as Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade Scale-I.

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to Reserved categories and PwD have to pay an application fee of Rs.118/-. All other candidates including General categories have to pay a fee of Rs.708/-. Fee can be paid through Online mode.
