Age Limit: As per the rules.
Remuneration: Rs. 36000/- with admissible allowances as per sanction of the funding agency and also as per norms of Calcutta University.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D degree and Thesis submitted in Botany/ Agriculture stream. Experience in transgenic rice development for sheath blight resistance is preferable
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted/selected on the basis of their performance in merit and/or interview. Duration of tenure will be 3 years or termination of the project whichever is earlier.
