1. Asst.Manager / Engineer (Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical / ERP/Industrial Safety/ Materials Mgt.)
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech degree in respective Discipline, Industrial Safety- (Mechanical / Electrical Engg. with Diploma / Experience in Industrial Safety), ERP (IT/ Electronics & TeleComm./ Computer Sc), Materials Mgt.- (Mechanical/ Electrical Engg. preferably with Diploma / Experience in Materials Mgt.)
Age: Asst. Manager-40years, Engineer-35 years.
2. Sr. Manager /Asst. Manager / Executive (F&A / Security / Legal / Personnel)
Qualification: For Sr. Manager /Asst. Manager / Executive (F&A): CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.), For Executive (Security) – Graduation, For Executive (Legal)- Degree in Law (LL.B), For Executive (Personnel)- Two years full time Post graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA in Personnel Management / HRM/ HRD /Industrial Relations / MSW / Social Welfare & Labour Welfare (with HRM/Personnel Mgt. as main subject).
Age: Sr. Manager-45years, Asst. Manager-40years, Executive-35 years.
