AIATSL Eligibility Norms

| Duty Manager (Terminal) | Rs.45000/- per month | Graduate degree in any stream with 16 years experience, out of which at least 4 years must be in a supervisory capacity in Pax & Cargo handling function with an Airline or Airport operator. Well conversant with computer operations. | Max 55 years |
| Junior Executive (HR) | Rs.25300/- per month | Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern with 5 years experience in HR/IR/Legal/Admin functions. | Max 35 years |
AIATSL Selection Procedure
Selection process for the ground duty staff recruitment in AIATSL is given below. Check and download post-wise selection methodology.
- Selection of Duty Manager (Terminal) in AIATSL
Screening/Personal Interview: Selection procedure will be conducted on the same day as for the walk-in date or on the subsequent day(s). Only a Personnel Interview/Screening process will be carried out. However, the company may also introduce the selection stage of Group Discussion depending on the requirements.
- Selection of Customer Agent in AIATSL
Screening + Walk-in: AIATSL may introduce Group Discussion depending upon the requirements after the primary screening of received applications. Selection procedure will be on the same day as for the walk-in date or on the subsequent day(s). Written exam may be conducted, if required.
AIATSL Ground Staff Result 2019
Roll numbers of the candidates shortlisted after written test to Personality Test will be published after declaring the Result. Names of recommended candidates for appointment will be published provisionally subject to the verification of original certificates etc. Result and merit list will be published and can be accessed from the above link.
