|Customer Agent||Rs.20190/- per month||Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern with 1 year experience in any of the area or combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger checking/ cargo handling area with any airline or Ground Handling Agency.||Max 28 years as on 01.01.2019|

AIATSL Selection Procedure
Selection process for the ground duty staff recruitment in AIATSL is given below. Check and download post-wise selection methodology.
- Selection of Duty Manager (Terminal) in AIATSL
Screening/Personal Interview: Selection procedure will be conducted on the same day as for the walk-in date or on the subsequent day(s). Only a Personnel Interview/Screening process will be carried out. However, the company may also introduce the selection stage of Group Discussion depending on the requirements.
- Selection of Customer Agent in AIATSL
Screening + Walk-in: AIATSL may introduce Group Discussion depending upon the requirements after the primary screening of received applications. Selection procedure will be on the same day as for the walk-in date or on the subsequent day(s). Written exam may be conducted, if required.
AIATSL Ground Staff Result 2019
Roll numbers of the candidates shortlisted after written test to Personality Test will be published after declaring the Result.
