Educational Qualification: B.Sc (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Nursing degree OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery along with 2-Years’ experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital. Candidate should be registered as Nurse & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council.
Age Limit: Age limit for general candidates is 18 to 40 years. However, relaxation in upper age is admissible up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Written exam has objective type multiple choice questions. There are 200 questions for 600 marks. 170 MCQs related to Nursing subjects whereas 30 MCQs related to General English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Reasoning & Mathematics. Each right question has 3 marks. On the other hand there is negative marking of 1/3 mark for each wrong answer. Duration of exam is 3 hours.
