UCIL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Pass in 10th class and ITI Examination in relevant Trade. Please note that passing marks in 10th class are 50% for UR / OBC / EWS whereas 45% for SC / ST candidates. On the other hand applicant must has aggregate 60% marks in ITI Exam result.

Age: Minimum 18 years whereas Maximum 25 years for Gen / EWS. Though the relaxation in upper age limit is admissible as per Govt guidelines for reserved categories.

Previous Training: Those who have already undergone or currently undergoing Apprenticeship training in any Govt / Public Sector / Private Industrial organization are NOT eligible to apply at all.

UCIL Apprentice Selection Procedure

Generally there is No written exam for Apprentice jobs in India. Similarly, in case of UCIL Apprentice Selection Procedure, there is no written test. But the candidates will be selected on merit basis. Selection is on the basis of marks obtain by applicant in Matric & ITI exams. So higher you have scored in qualifying exam then higher the chances of selection in UCIL Apprenticeship 2021.
