Educational Qualification: Either Higher Secondary (H.S.+2) with min 35% marks in average Or Madhyamik with Stenography Course from any ITI with 35% marks.

Computer Knowledge: Knowledge of operating Computer and a certificate of min duration of 3 (three) months.

Typing and Stenography Skill: Proficiency in typing in English on computer and shorthand writing / transcription with min speed of 40 words per minute and 100 words per minute respectively.
