Here is the latest Examination Pattern of recruitment test to be conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission for the post of Assistant Director, Industries and Commerce (Industrial Co-operatives). Selection will be done on the basis of performance of candidate in
(i) Written Examination (500 Marks)
(ii) Interview & Record (70 Marks)

The question papers will be set in English and Tamil. Read carefully the pattern and scheme of recruitment test and prepare well for your upcoming examination of the Assistant Director, Industries and Commerce (Industrial Co-operatives).

Scheme of the Written Test

Written test shall have to papers namely, Paper–I and Paper-II. Paper-I will have the questions of Objective Type based on PG Degree Standard. Total 200 questions will be there to be answered. Paper-II will be set to assess the General Studies of candidates. Questions will set on PG Degree Standard. There will be total 100 questions. Out of which 75 will be concerned to General Studies. 25 questions shall be set to examine the Aptitude & Mental Ability of candidates. These 25 questions shall be of SSLC Standard.

Candidates with M.A degree in Co-operative Management should appear for Co-operation Subject. Candidates with Diploma in Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants should appear for Commerce subject. Candidates with PG Diploma in Agricultural Economics and Co-operation should appear for either any one of the subjects Viz., Economics or Co-operation.
