Education Standard: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in concern specialization.
Experience: 05 to 09 years experience. Experience to manage and supported Tier-1 applications issues, VIP users and High priority incidents of Infrastructure. Team lead with extensive experience working as escalation point for Service Desk Function.
Other Requirements: Detailed understanding of ServiceNow ITSM tools or Remedy or HPSM or CA-Service Desk. Must have worked on multiple ITSM tools, chat solution and IVR systems for support. Provides support for remote access to WTW environment. Support for Video conferencing and SKYPE conferencing. Support for account creations and terminations. Ability to successfully work with external partners. Must understand cultural differences. Support for Application help and How do I. Support for requisition and provide initial troubleshooting issues of desktop equipment.
Skills Needed: Excellent written communication skills. Analytical skills to provide inputs to other next level IT Teams. Analytical problem solving skills, Proven technical trouble shooting and diagnostic skills. Review and identify gaps in process, procedures and ability to correct/articulate changes.
Responsibilities: Support for core WTW applications. Manage stakeholders expectations. To keep affected users informed about the progress. Utilizes technical skills to resolve end user incident and service request tickets for IT services and products. Support for Corporate Mobile Devices. Support Incident resolution or workaround that can be retrieved from Standard Operating Procedures and existing Known Errors or knowledge documents.
