Experience: 15 to 20 years experience. Experience of handling a team of minimum 30-40 FTEs in cash applications Billing and Collections process.
Other Requirements: Establish strong working relationship with onsite leads and key stakeholders. Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems. Working on/ project mange additional projects as required. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities: The individual will be responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective Cash Applications, billing & collection processes for the business. Prepare internal reporting on status of receivables and required metrics. This position is highly visible and requires a strong manager with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the team. Ensure seamless migration of Cash Applications, Billing and Collections process to offshore. Supervising, training, and coaching the off-shore AR team. Manage a large span of for the above process with a combination of both voice & non-voice activities for the collectors. Adherence to organizational AR policies and procedures. Manage and handle effectively escalations raised by the clients. Ensure achievement of department goals and objectives. Document SOP and establish internal controls for the AR team. Reporting of team performance metrics on a periodic basis. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
