SBI PO Recruitment 2023 Selection Procedure

Unlike the SBI Clerk exam, the selection process of SBI PO has three successive stages. Following list shows all three phases of SBI Probationary Officer selection procedure.

1. Preliminary examination: 100 marks
2. Main written examination: 250 marks
3. Interview, Group discussion and Psychometric test: 50 marks

SBI PO Syllabus

SBI Probationary Officer Mains Syllabus

Syllabus Of SBI Probationary Officer Mains Exam is equally tough to the graduation standard. Though the exam is less difficult if comparing to the SBI Specialist Officer exam. Main Examination consist of one objective test for 200 marks whereas descriptive test for 50 marks. Both tests are online. Candidates have to answer the descriptive test by typing on computer. Finally, at the third phase of selection, aspirants have to appear in Group Exercises and Interview. Though only those who qualify in SBO PO Mains Result can appear in GD and Interview.
