RBI Grade B Eligibility Criteria
At first of all, candidate has pass Graduation in any discipline or any other equivalent technical or professional qualification or Postgraduate in any discipline. Following are the requirement of RBI Officer Grade-B eligibility norms.
- Officer Grade B [DR] General: 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in Bachelor degree as well as in 12th & 10th Standard in aggregate for all semesters / years.
- Officer Grade B [DR] DEPR: Master Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course / Finance (OR) PGDM / MBA Finance. All qualification must be obtained with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters /years. Doctorate Degree in Economics or research or teaching experience is desirable and will be an additional qualification.

RBI Officer Grade B Selection Procedure
The selection process of Officer Grade-B in Reserve Bank of India is consist of written exam as well as interview. Generally the RBI Grade B Selection Procedure has following successive stages.
- Preliminary examination
- Main examination (Paper-I, II & III)
- Interview
Phase-I preliminary examination has only one paper for 200 marks whereas Phase-II mains exam has three papers for 100 marks each. Interview is of 75 marks. Marks of prelims exam are not counted in merit as this is a screening exam only. Thus the whole selection process has 375 marks.

Preliminary Examination:
