1. Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
Pay Scale: Rs.15600–39100 Grade Pay Rs.7600/-
Qualifications:- Post Graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management / Public Administration or Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant/Company Secretary / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech with 1st class academic records.
Upper Age Limit: –Below 50 years

2. Librarian
Pay Scale: Rs.15600–39100 Grade Pay Rs.7600/-
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library/Information Science or Associateship in Information Science. Doctoral Degree in Library Science will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit: Below 50 years

3. Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer (FA&CAO)

Qualification: ACA/AICWA/MBA (Finance).

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline

6. Secretary to the Director
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate degree with sound knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office), Internet etc.

7. Senior Library and Information Assistant
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Qualification: Post Graduate degree in the field of Library Science.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ICWAI (Inter). Masters degree in Commerce would be preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates having Master’s degree would be given preference.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200–20200 Grade Pay Rs.1800/-
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass.
Upper Age Limit: Below 27 years

Application Fee: Rs.500/- to be deposited in the form of demand draft in favor of “Indian Institute of Management Jammu” payable at Jammu. SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates are not required to pay application fee.
