NFL MT Selection Procedure is consist of competitive written test (MCQ type) as well as interview. Merit list of suitable candidates is to be prepared on the basis of performance of candidates in online test and personal interview. 80% weightage is for written exam whereas 20% for interview.

NFL Management Trainee Syllabus
NFL Management Trainee Exam has two parts. First one is Discipline related whereas second part is Aptitude related. Medium of examination is Rajbhasha [Hindi] and English. Duration of test is 2 hours. The total number of questions are 150 having one mark each. 100 questions from mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree of relevant discipline and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning, GK and General awareness. There is no provision of negative marking. Standard of examination is equivalent to the Post-graduation.
