  National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research (NCAOR) is the nodal agency responsible for planning, co-ordinating and executing the Indian Polar and Ocean Research Programme. NCAOR invites applications from eligible and prospective candidates of Indian Nationals, for filling up of the posts of Project Scientists under the various scientific projects on contract basis.   Upper Age Limit: 35 years for the posts of Project Scientist-B. 40 years for the posts of Project Scientist-C.

  Pay Scale: Rs.55,000/- per month for the posts of Project Scientist-B. Rs.65,000/- per month for the posts of Project Scientist-C.

  Qualification: Master degree in the concern discipline for the posts of Project Scientist-B. Masters Degree in the concern discipline with 03 years of experience for the posts of Project Scientist-C. Doctorate degree will be count as 3 years experience.
