J&K Combined Competitive Examination is conducted every year by Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission for filling up the vacant posts of Administrative, Police, Accounts and others services of Jammu & Kashmir state. J&K CCE 2018 Notification is now released by JKPSC. The JKPSC CCE 2018 Online Form will be available for the registration at website www.jkpsc.nic.in. Through the J&K KAS Exam 2018 the Jammu and Kashmir PSC is going to fill-up 70 vacancy posts. The gazetted posts of posts J&K Police and Accounts Service & Jr.Scale posts of J&K Administrative Service shall be filled-up. J&K CCE 2018 Eligibility Criteria…

The following posts will be Under Pay Band–II Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- (Pre-revised). For all posts candidate must be a permanent resident of J&K State. Please note that a candidate may appear in J&K Combined Competitive Examination for maximum six attempts. Following table has the break-up of vacancies out of total.

J&K Combined Competitive Exam 2018 Selection Procedure…

Following are the successive stages of J&K CEE 2018. Candidates must have to qualify all these steps one-by-one. Only the successful candidate of one stage, shall be admitted to appear in further stage(s) of selection. The whole selection process will be of total 2000 marks.

  1. Objective type preliminary examination (qualifying)
  2. Main written examination (1750 marks)
  3. Interview/personality test (250 marks)
  4. Document verification

J&K Combined Competitive Examination Pattern 2018…

Below are the exam pattern of Preliminary and Main examination. You can also download the detailed structure of exam in Pdf format at here.
Scheme of Preliminary Exam
The Examination shall comprise of two papers of 200 marks each. Paper-II will be qualifying in nature and marks are fixed at 33%. Both the question papers will be of the objective type (multiple choice questions). The question papers will be set in English. Each paper will be of two hours’ duration.

The written examination will consist of the following papers. The paper of English will be of Matriculation level and will be qualifying only. The question papers of Main examination will be of conventional (essay) type. Each paper will be of three hours’ duration.

JKPSC J&K CCE-2018 Personality Test (Interview)…

Candidates declared qualified in Main Exam will be interviewed by a panel of Members of the Commission. Personality Test (interview) will be of 250 marks. Candidate will be asked questions on matters of general interest. Aim of the personality test is to assess the personal suitability of the candidate for a career in public service. Interview is really an assessment of not only his intellectual qualities but also social traits and his interest in current affairs. Some of the qualities to be judged are mental alertness, critical powers of assimilation, clear and logical exposition, balance of judgement, variety and depth of interest, ability for social cohesion and leadership, intellectual and moral integrity.

Facility of downloading of J&K CCE Admit Card 2018 will be available Two week or more earlier before the examination.

JKPSC CCE 2018 Result & Cut-Off Marks…

JKPSC Results
Candidates will be shortlisted to appear in Main Examination after the declaration of result of preliminary exam. JKPSC CCE 2018 Result will be available online only. The J&K CCE 2018 Merit List will be prepared on the basis of overall performance of candidates in Main Written Examination and Personality Test (Interview). Final selection, result and merit list of qualified candidates, in each category, will be available to download from below given link after the publication of same.
