Out of a total of 100 questions, 75 questions from concerned engineering discipline of Diploma level whereas 25 questions on General Aptitude and Reasoning, General English, Numerical Aptitude and General Knowledge etc. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. IOCL Non Executive Recruitment 2023 Selection Procedure
IOCL Non-Executive Selection Procedure is comprise of a open competitive written examination and skill/ proficiency/ physical test. SPPT is qualifying in nature. Candidate have to secure at least 40% marks in the written test to qualify for further process of selection. Minimum qualifying marks in the written test may be relaxed by 5% for SC / ST / PwBD categories.
