A. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Qualification: M.E./M.Tech degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 02 years of experience OR B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with GATE and 2 years of research experience. Previous research experience in MEMS, cleanroom processing will be preferred.
Pay Scale: Rs.28000/- p.m.
B. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication/Electronics and Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering with GATE and 1 year of research experience. Knowledge and practical experience of designing analog and digital circuits particularly for the instrumentation, embedded systems, PCB layout design and testing/debugging of electronic boards and systems.
Pay Scale: Rs.25000/- p.m. + HRA
