- Assistant State Project Manager (HRD): 01 post
- State Project Manager: 01 post
- State Level Consultant: 04 posts
- District Project Manager: 23 posts
- District Manager – Agriculture: 23 posts
- Assistant District Manager: 23 posts
- District Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation: 28 posts
- District Manager – Skill Upgradation & Employment: 27 posts
- District Manager – Micro-Finance: 30 posts
- District Manager – Micro Enterprise Development: 30 posts
- Community Mobiliser: 176 posts
Qualification: MBA degree for post-1. Postgraduate degree with Economics/Social Studies/Commerce for post-2, 3. Master degree in Agriculture/Agri-sciences/Marketing in MBA for other posts. Candidates should have experience in the relevant fields.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 55 years for State Project Managers posts and 40 years for all other posts. Age will be calculated as on 30.09.2017. No upper age limit is for Consultant posts. Relaxations or reservation will be admissible as per rules.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in psychometric test. Shortlisted candidates will be admitted to appear in interview. Final selection will be based on the marks obtained by candidates in psychometric test and personal interview.
