A. Senior Research Fellow
Project Name: “Biofortification of selected crops for Nutritional Security Maize”
Scale of Pay: Rs. 25,000 + 30% HRA per month for I & II year; and Rs. 28,000 + 30% HRA for III year.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Life Sciences or allied subjects with 4/5 years bachelor’s degree. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/ CSIR/ ICAR NET qualification or equivalent.
Desirable: Research experience in application of molecular markers; extraction and estimation of carotenoid compounds; handling of UPLC.
B. Skilled Helper
Project Name: “Biofortification of selected crops for Nutritional Security – Maize”
Scale of Pay: Rs. 16,182 per month (as per Delhi govt. wage norms)
Qualification: Candidate should be passed in 10th or equivalent.
Desirable: Experience in field and lab work related to agriculture
C. Skilled Helper
Project Name: “Biofortification of selected crops for Nutritional Security – Rice” Skilled Helper
Scale of Pay: Rs. 16,182 per month
Essential: should have passed in matriculation examination or its equivalent from recognized board.
Desirable: Experience in field and lab work related to agriculture is desirable.
Age Limit: General candidates should have age between 18 – 35 years for Senior Research Fellow and 18 – 30 years for lab/ field assistant (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC).
