Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
For MALE candidates
» Height : 165 cms
» Chest (normal) : 79 cms
» Chest (with expansion of 05 cms) : 84 cms
For FEMALE candidates
» Height : 150 cms
» Chest (normal) : 74 cms
» Chest (with expansion of 05 cms) : 79 cms
Candidates belong to Schedule Tribe category will be given relaxation of 05 cms in height 04 cms in chest (normal as well as expanded.)
Physical Endurance Test
For MALE candidates
» 100 meters Run, to be completed in 17 seconds
» 800 meters Run, to be completed in 02 minutes 45 seconds
» High Jump of 1.25 meter, to be qualified within 03 chances
» Broad Jump of 04 meters, to be qualified within 03 chances
For FEMALE candidates
» 100 meters Run, to be completed in 17 seconds
» 800 meters Run, to be completed in 04 minutes 15 seconds
» High Jump of 01 meter, to be qualified within 03 chances
» Broad Jump of 03 meters, to be qualified within 03 chances
Written Examination
Only the candidates who will qualify in the Physical Endurance Test (PET) shall be admitted in Written Exam. Written exam will have the toughness of questions equivalent to the 10th standard exam. This test will be 85 marks with a total duration of 75 minutes. 15 marks will be given as per the parameters set by Himachal Pradesh Govt. Questions will be objective type in nature having multiple choice of answers. Questions will be set to assess the knowledge of applicants in following domains;
