Stenographer Pay Band-3 (Rs.7100–37600 GP Rs.3900/-) Madhyamik examination pass and a certificate in Computer Training with a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation. A minimum speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 30 wpm in typewriting from a legible manuscript in English. 18—37 years as on 01.01.2019
Lower Division Clerk Pay Band-2 (Rs.5400–25200 GP Rs.2600/-) 10th class pass. Knowledge of typewriting in English and computer knowledge and also at least a certificate in Computer Training. 18—37 years as on 01.01.2019
Process Server Pay Band-2 (Rs.5400–25200 GP Rs.2300/-) 8th class pass in any subjects from a recognized Board. 18—37 years as on 01.01.2019
Group-D Posts Pay Band-1 (Rs.4900–16200 GP Rs.1800/-) 8th class pass in any subjects from a recognized Board. 18—37 years as on 01.01.2019

Selection Procedure for Various Posts in District Court Nadia

Selection will be done on the basis of marks obtained in written test (MCQ type) and Personality Test. Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Test. post-wise methodology of selection process is given below in table.

District Court Nadia Recruitment Exam Pattern

Written examinations, for all posts, will have multiple choice objective type questions. There is No negative marking in written exams. District Recruitment Committee shall fix the minimum qualifying marks in Written Examination. Post-wise exam pattern is available as per followings…

I Dictation and Transcription Dictation lasting for ten minutes followed by Transcription of notes in Candidates’ own hand writing for an hour 400 marks
II Written Exam Test of English language (Questions to examine the knowledge of spelling, correct use of words, correctness of sentences, use of common phrases, synonyms and antonyms and punctuation, writing skills, grammatical accuracy and comprehensive knowledge). Duration will be 90 minutes. 100 marks
III Typing Test Typewrite from a manuscript accurately on Typewriter with a minimum speed 30 words per minute. Duration will be for 10 minutes. 100 marks
IV Personality Test Conduct of personal interview. Knowledge of computer operation/typing shall also be tested.
